SinLess Forge is a forge, not an incubator.
An experimental development and incubation studio for outside builders, founders, and companies. We take an early idea, attach a working team to it, and ship a real product at the end — for cash, equity, or both.

We co-found the venture. We take the upside. You share the risk.

We take an equity stake in exchange for the full Forge team, the parent's infrastructure, and the brand machinery — and we keep going after the launch, because we are now a co-founder. Best when the upside is real and the founder wants a partner with skin in the game, not a services invoice.

Cash to get moving, equity when the upside appears.
A bridge between the two. Take a cash engagement to ship the prototype, then convert the relationship into equity when the product proves out. Or, conversely, take an equity deal small enough to let a cash milestone kick in when the plan changes.
